The external walls are produce from separate panels with
different dimensions. Each panel consist of wooden frame with cross section
of the beams 132 x 62 mm. We have to inform that our equipment can produce
maximum cross section of 160 mm. The height of the walls depends of the
requirements of the customer. Usually the height is min 260 cm. After that
the wooden frame is filled with thermo insulating material (mineral or stone
wadding URSA/ROCKWOOL) with thickness 120 mm. It increases the head and
sound insulation of the panel. Both sides are closed with OSB boards with
thickness 11 mm. Every element glues on each corner and fix with screws
only. On every corner of the house we put the panel with cross section
connection inside to protect damage the house during the earthquake.
All panels we prepare in the factory and after that we transfer to the
construction site. These make assemblage easy and decrease the time of
assembling. The outside parts of the external walls we can finish with
cellular insulation (min 50 mm ASTROTERM or ROCKWOOL), glass scrims and
polymer/silicate plaster. The other way for finishing is with cladding from
PVC or wood. All wooden parts are prefabricated treatment with liquid
against termites and are water resistance. All connections between the
elements are carried out using rivets, screws and bolts. The internal
surfaces of the walls have always vapour barrier (1 mm) and can be covered
with gypsum wallboard (KNAUF) and latex or wallpaper, or PVC profiles
(DUMAPLAST) for the kitchen and bathrooms. The wooden partition can use when
we want to change the design in one room. The wooden partition can be cover
with oils instead of varnish which is more ecological way. The faience
tiles can put on wall in bathrooms too.. |
