How much 1 sq. m. cost? The price for 1 sq. m. depends of the all elements that include in the structure of the house. First of all the house produce according to the requirements of the client. He decides which kind of doors to include, the type of the windows, the roof covering and the other items. The next element is total area, number of floors, destination country, labour cost in the country. We export our houses in Greece, France, Cyprus and Austria and as a conclusion we can say that the final price is between 400 and 450 euro per sq. meter. Please be inform that this is price for information only. If you have a drawing and idea about the materials send them to us and we can say approx price. |

Where can build these houses? The company accepts orders for production and assembling the houses in all European countries. The countries out of this list the company prefer to sign the contract with the local company for montage. We can send a supervisor who help the local workers to fix the house, inspects the finishing works and he hand down the building to the owner. Is it possible the client to do finishing works? Yes, it is possible. We produce only construction (walls, ceiling and roof) and prepare for transportation. You will receive the montage drawings so you can arrange a local company to fix the house. The isolation materials, finishing layers, roof covering, windows and doors, floor covering you can buy from your local market. Concerning the electrical and water supply infrastructure there are different standards in every country so you have to find a local company to do this job. |
How much is the warrantee period? The guarantee period of the building construction is 25 /twenty five/ years. For all finishing works is 10 /ten/ years and the guarantee period is cover by Allianz insurance policy. The guarantee period for doors and windows are 5 /five/ years |
